The 1.15 ct. tw. design carries a second row of pavé around the outer edge, so the frame reads as a softened square rather than a plain box. Vintage engraved detailing runs down the sides, and the bail is pavé set with matching lab created stones instead of left plain. It hangs compact and sits close to the collarbone.
