This is a round pavé lab grown diamond barrel pendant in 18K yellow gold. Ninety-nine small stones are bead set across the curved drum of the barrel, so the whole outer surface catches light as the pendant turns on its chain. Polished gold rims finish each end, and the open cut-out sides show more lab created diamonds set inside. It is shown on a matching yellow gold cable chain.
